great and comfortable AC rooms, food quality can be better, options in menu are less, breakfast was ok.. requires improvement in quality of food. otherwise overall decent stay.

The advantage is proximity to airport. Rooms are clean, but toiletries & towels need to be improved. No kettle for instant tea or coffee in the room. Complimentary breakfast is minimal with a fixed menu. The ala carte order served at room was well presented but didn't taste that nice all the staff were very polite and helpful.

It was nice stay but i suggest management to do some home work before the guest check in, such as to keep all blanket, bedsheet etc to keep fresh one and toilet soap and toilet paper should make available after charging good amount of room rent. To keep expectation of the guests.

The hotel by the name and room rate is grand but the service and behaviour is very poor. Minimum amenities like toiletries are not provided. The toiled seat cover was missing and the table in the room was a day away from being full with fungus. We stayed for 2 days and there was no service of changing linens and providing refill of complimentary water bottles. We had to ask for the bottles and even then they were very hesitant about it. They have very limited parking, probably shared with a private area. So we had to keep our car outside which resulted in scratches by stray dogs.
